The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 10 "An Act                                       
relating to liability for destruction of property by unemancipated                                  
minors; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it be                                  
replaced with                                                                                       
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 10(JUD) "An Act                                                    
          relating to civil liability for damage to or destruction                                  
          of property by minors; relating to court revocation of                                    
          a minor's privilege to drive; relating to restitution for                                 
          certain acts of minors; and amending Rule 60, Alaska                                      
          Rules of Civil Procedure."
