excused from a call of the Senate to morning plane time, February 13.

Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                    
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived                                  
on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 92(JUD) "An Act relating to the                                            
purchase of interests in nonprofit corporations by the University of                                
Alaska." Without objection, it was so ordered.

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                    
cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 193 "An Act relating to an optional                                    
deferral of municipal property taxes on certain primary residences                                  
owned and occupied by individuals with incomes at or below federal                                  
poverty guidelines for the state." Without objection, it was so ordered.
