President Stevens restated his ruling. Senator Therriault challenged the ruling of the Chair, citing Mason's Manual Sections 761(5) and 575(j). The question being: "Shall the ruling of the Chair be upheld?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 169 Uphold Ruling of the Chair?
