SENATE BILL NO. 100 "An Act relating to enhanced 911 surcharges                                     
imposed by a municipality" was read the second time.                                                
                                                                                                    
Senator Cowdery, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Rules Committee Substitute offered on page 1427.                                    
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 100(RLS) "An Act                                          
relating to enhanced 911 systems and enhanced 911 surcharges                                        
imposed by a municipality, public municipal corporation, or village"                                
was adopted.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on                               
final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
