President Stevens added a Finance Committee referral to SENATE                                      
BILL NO. 31 "An Act eliminating the sunset provisions applicable to                                 
reemployment of retired members of the teachers' retirement system                                  
and the public employees' retirement system; repealing the effective                                
date of secs. 3, 5, 9, and 12, ch. 57, SLA 2001, and secs. 5, 7, and 9,                             
ch. 58, SLA 2001; and providing for an effective date."
