RESOLUTION NO. 16 Supporting legislation before the United                                          
States Congress that reaffirms the right of the states to regulate                                  
hunting and fishing. Signing do pass: Senator Wagoner, Chair;                                       
Senators Dyson, Seekins, Stedman, Ben Stevens. Signing no
