HB 414 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 414(JUD) "An Act relating to allowing a parent or guardian of a minor to intercept the private communications of the minor and to consent to an order authorizing law enforcement to intercept the private communications of the minor" was engrossed, signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House for consideration. SCR 31 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 31 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 414, relating to the interception of the private communications of a minor was engrossed, signed by the President and Secretary and transmitted to the House for consideration. Adjournment Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate stand in adjournment until 11:00 a.m., May 5, 2006.
