Full Journal pdf2006-05-07 Senate Journal Page 3280 Consideration of the Calendar Second Reading of House Bills HB 29 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 29(L&C)(title am) "An Act relating to the Comprehensive Health Insurance Association; granting a 50 percent premium tax credit for assessments against members of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Association; requiring members to provide information to the association's board of directors or the director of the division of insurance; modifying voting rights for the association members by basing their exercise on a member's share of assessments; basing assessments on major medical premiums; modifying the manner of determining members' liabilities for losses; and changing the definition of "major medical" coverage for purpose of state health insurance and providing for exclusions to major medical coverage" was read the second time. President Stevens stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 29(L&C)(title am) will be on the May 8 calendar. HB 57 CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 57(FIN) "An Act relating to the sale of certain state land to adjacent landowners" was read the second time. President Stevens stated CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 57(FIN) will be on the May 8 calendar. HB 266 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 266(FIN) "An Act relating to penalties for violation of vehicle weight limitations; prohibiting the use of a violation of a vehicle weight limitation for certain personal automobile insurance actions; amending Rule 43.6, Alaska Rules of Administration; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. President Stevens stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 266(FIN) will be on the May 8 calendar.
