Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that CS                                      
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 249(RLS) "An Act relating to enhanced 911                                        
systems and enhanced 911 surcharges imposed by a municipality,                                      
public municipal corporation, or village" be returned to the Rules                                  
Committee. Without objection, the bill was returned to the Rules
