authorizing the state to join with other states in entering into the                                
Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact" was read the third

Senators Green, Stedman moved and asked unanimous consent to                                        
abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard                            
and Senators Green, Stedman were required to vote.
