Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 258(JUD) "An Act relating to sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree and to aggravating factors at sentencing for sexual assault and sexual abuse" was adopted. Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
