adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                               
3055. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                            
NO. 258(JUD) "An Act relating to sexual abuse of a minor in the                                     
second degree and to aggravating factors at sentencing for sexual                                   
assault and sexual abuse" was adopted.

bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on
