     SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 11                                                                 
     Urging the United States Congress to amend the tax code to repeal                              
     the federal excise tax on communications.

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
SJR 11 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed                               
on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                     
SJR 11 was read the third time.                                                                     
The question being:  "Shall SJR 11 pass the House?"  The roll was
