Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
following be taken up as a Special Order of Business:                                               
     SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 201                                                           
     Authorizing the Senate or the House of Representatives to recess                               
     for periods longer than three days during special sessions.

There being no objection, it was so ordered.
