Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 3875) on the following:                                     
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 107(FIN)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to unlawful obstruction or hindrance of hunting,                              
     fishing, trapping, or viewing of fish or game; and amending Rule                               
     82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rule 508, Alaska Rules
