SB 155                                                                                            
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                
advanced to third reading from the May 6, 2005, calendar (page 1682),                               
would be returned to the Finance Committee:                                                         
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 155(FIN)                                                    
    "An Act making appropriations for construction of an integrated                                 
    science complex at the University of Alaska in Anchorage, for                                   
    replacement of the virology laboratory in Fairbanks, for expansion                              
    of the Anchorage Museum of History and Art, for the major                                       
    maintenance grant fund, and for other capital projects related to                               
    education; and providing for an effective date."                                                
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would move

The following was read the second time:                                                             
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15                                                              
    Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                  
    the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 104,                                   
    relating to the crimes of unsworn falsification in the first and                                
    second degree and false information or report; requiring the                                    
    establishment of a permanent fund dividend fraud investigation                                  
    unit in the Department of Revenue.                                                              
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall HCR 15 pass the House?"  The roll was
