Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative LeDoux be excused from a call of the House from 6:40 p.m., March 16 to 9:30 p.m., plane time, March 20, 2005. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 7 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 24, lines 31 through Page 25, line 5: Delete all material and insert: "*Sec. 17. ALASKA PERMANENT FUND. The sum of $150,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the principal of the Alaska Permanent Fund." Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 7 be adopted.
