Amendment No. 5 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 2, line 29, following "Terminal": Insert "but only if the maximum amount of federal funds are leveraged to lower the cost to the state" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 5 be adopted. Representative Weyhrauch objected. Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that HR 7 am be referred to the Transportation and Finance Committees with all pending amendments.
