Representative Weyhrauch objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 3 be adopted?" Amendment No. 4 was offered by Representative Kott: Page 2, lines 30 - 31, following "sent to the": Delete all material and insert: "Honorable Ted Stevens and the Honorable Lisa Murkowski, U.S. Senators, and the Honorable Don Young, U.S. Representative, members of the Alaska delegation in" Representative Kott moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 4 be adopted.
