A message dated June 3, 2005, was received stating the Governor has                                 
read the following resolution and has transmitted the engrossed and                                 
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent                                   
filing:                                                                                             
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20                                                                   
    Urging the United States Congress and the United States Food and                                
    Drug Administration to assist in the prompt approval of new drug
