2005-04-29 House Journal Page 1385 HCR 10 The following was read the second time: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 10 Supporting the development of the Kensington Gold Mine. 2005-04-29 House Journal Page 1386 with the: Journal Page RES RPT CS(RES) 4DP 4NR 1318 FN1: ZERO(LEG) 1319 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original resolution: CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 10(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Thomas moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Thomas was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHCR 10(RES) pass the House?"
