    "An Act relating to the waiver of undergraduate expenses for a                                  
    spouse or dependent of a deceased resident peace officer or                                     
    member of the armed services or fire department."                                               
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 412(HES)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to the waiver of undergraduate expenses for a                                  
    spouse or dependent child of a deceased resident peace officer or                               
    member of the armed services, a fire department, or an ambulance
