    "An Act limiting the amount that a municipality may charge for an                               
    appeal of a residential real property tax assessment to the                                     
    municipality's board of equalization."                                                          
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 390(FIN)                                                                  
    "An Act establishing the fees that a municipality may charge for                                
    appealing residential real property tax assessments to the                                      
    municipality's board of equalization."
