The House Special Committee on Military & Veterans' Affairs has

    HOUSE BILL NO. 245                                                                              
    "An Act relating to registration and license plate fees for Purple                              
    Heart recipients, prisoners of war, Congressional Medal of Honor                                
    recipients, and spouses of current prisoners of war."                                           
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 245(MLV)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to motor vehicle registration plates and fees for                              
    Purple Heart recipients, prisoners of war, Congressional Medal of                               
    Honor recipients, and spouses of current prisoners of war."
