Indeterminate, Dept. of Military & Veterans' Affairs Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 208(FIN) "An Act authorizing the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs to establish and maintain Alaskan veterans' cemeteries; and establishing the Alaska veterans' cemetery fund in the general fund." There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2006-02-17 House Journal Page 2566 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Guttenberg: Page 2, line 8: Delete "2005" Insert "2006" Representative Guttenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Guttenberg, Dahlstrom, and Kott: Page 2, line 22: Delete "in Fairbanks and elsewhere" Representative Guttenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Coghill objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 208(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 208(FIN) am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 208(FIN) am pass the House?"
