     "An Act relating to seasonal alcoholic beverage licenses; and                                  
     providing for an effective date."                                                              
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 15(L&C)                                                                  
     "An Act relating to outdoor recreation lodge alcoholic beverage                                
     licenses; relating to transfer of certain beverage dispensary                                  
     licenses issued before June 6, 1985; and providing for an effective                            
     date."
