And so, HB 500 passed the House and was referred to the Chief Clerk

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
Representative Croft be excused from a call of the House from noon,                                 
today to 10:00 a.m., plane time, April 25, 2006.  There being no

    "An Act relating to mandatory motor vehicle insurance, license                                  
    suspensions, mandatory impoundments of vehicles used in certain                                 
    offenses, and notices relating to motor vehicles and driver's

    Delete all material.                                                                            
    Insert "impoundments of vehicles used in certain offenses,                                    
    notices relating to motor vehicles, and notices relating to

Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so
