Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Croft be excused from a call of the House from noon, today to 10:00 a.m., plane time, April 25, 2006. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE BILLS IN SECOND READING HB 347 The following, which was held in second reading from the April 20, 2006, calendar (page 3231), was again before the House: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 347(JUD) "An Act relating to mandatory motor vehicle insurance, license suspensions, mandatory impoundments of vehicles used in certain offenses, and notices relating to motor vehicles and driver's licenses." Amendment No. 1 (title amendment) was offered by Representative Seaton: Page 1, lines 2 - 3: Delete all material. Insert "impoundments of vehicles used in certain offenses, notices relating to motor vehicles, and notices relating to driver's licenses."" Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered, and the new title follows: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 347(JUD)(title am) "An Act relating to mandatory motor vehicle insurance, license suspensions, mandatory impoundments of vehicles used in certain offenses, notices relating to motor vehicles, and notices relating to driver's licenses."
