Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Gatto and Gardner: Page 3, line 9, following "official": Insert "except that such plates shall not be displayed on any vehicle which is visually identifiable as a commercial vehicle" Representative Gatto moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Coghill objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
