Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 122 The Speaker removed the Labor & Commerce Committee referral for the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 122 "An Act relating to payment of premiums for Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance on behalf of members of the Alaska National Guard deployed to a combat zone; and providing for an effective date." HB 122 was referred to the House Special Committee on Military & Veterans' Affairs with a further referral to the Finance Committee.
