    HOUSE BILL NO. 446                                                                              
    "An Act relating to the amount of a civil penalty for an unlawful                               
    act or practice in the conduct of trade or commerce."                                           
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 446(JUD)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to the amount of a civil penalty for an unlawful                               
    act or practice in the conduct of trade or commerce; and                                        
    eliminating mandatory continuances in these matters after                                       
    issuance of an injunction."
