A message dated June 24, 2005, was received stating the Governor has                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 249(RLS)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to enhanced 911 systems and enhanced 911                                       
    surcharges imposed by a municipality, public municipal
