There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 249(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. Representative Kapsner rose to a point of order. The Speaker cautioned members to refrain from referring to the other body. The question being: "Shall CSHB 249(RLS) pass the House?"
