Full Journal pdf2006-04-27 House Journal Page 3390 HB 243 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3030) on the following: 2006-04-27 House Journal Page 3391 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 243(FIN) "An Act relating to the financial plan for the intertie between the Swan Lake and Tyee Lake hydroelectric projects; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 243(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 243(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 243(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 243(FIN)?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
