                        CERTIFICATION OF THE JOURNAL                                             
Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
journal for the 119th legislative day be approved as certified by the                               
Chief Clerk.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

HB 130                                                                                            
A message dated May 10, 2005, was read stating the Senate has passed                                
CSHB 130(FIN) am with the following amendment and it is                                             
transmitted for consideration:                                                                      
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 130(FIN)                                                   
     "An Act relating to the grant of certain state land to the University                          
     of Alaska; relating to the duties of the Board of Regents;                                     
     establishing the university research forest; and providing for an                              
     effective date."                                                                               
The Senate adopted a Legislative letter of intent (page 1015).

The following Governor's supplemental proclamation dated May 11,                                    
2005, which amends the proclamation dated May 9, 2005 (page 1854),

Constitution, and in the public interest, I am amending my May 9,                                   
2005, proclamation calling the Twenty-Fourth Legislature of the State
