    HOUSE BILL NO. 39                                                                               
    "An Act making an appropriation for longevity bonus grants; and                                 
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
HB 39 was removed from the Health, Education & Social Services                                      
Committee and referred to the Finance Committee.
