Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                      
adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                 
3231. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                                 
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 30(FIN) was adopted and was                                               
before the Senate on final passage.
