Senator Huggins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Transportation Senate Committee Substitute offered on                               
page 3001. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                            
BILL NO. 403(TRA) was adopted.
