The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 147(RLS)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 24 NAYS: 16 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Anderson, Chenault, Coghill, Elkins, Foster, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Holm, Joule, Kelly, Kerttula, Kott, McGuire, Moses, Neuman, Olson, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Thomas, Weyhrauch, Wilson Nays: Berkowitz, Cissna, Crawford, Croft, Dahlstrom, Gara, Gardner, Gatto, Kapsner, Kohring, LeDoux, Lynn, Meyer, Ramras, Salmon, Stoltze And so, HCS CSSB 147(RLS) passed the House on reconsideration and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
