     "An Act relating to amending reporting requirements for                                        
     contributions to groups; relating to limitations on the amount of                              
     political contributions by individuals and groups; amending the                                
     definition of the term 'lobbyist' in the Regulation of Lobbying Act;                           
     amending the requirement for the reporting of financial interests                              
     by certain public officials in the legislative branch; and providing
