The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 333 "An                                          
Act relating to judicial relief before final administrative decisions of                            
state agencies" and recommended it be replaced with                                                 
                                                                                                    
                     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 333(JUD) "An Act                                       
             relating to the state's administrative procedures and to                              
            judicial oversight of administrative matters."
