The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 288 "An Act                                        
relating to certain determinations concerning placement of a child in                               
emergency custody and temporary placement hearings in child-in-                                     
need-of-aid proceedings; and providing for an effective date" and                                   
recommended the adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute                                      
offered on page 2344. Signing do pass: Senators Green, Wilken,                                      
Cochairs; Senators Dyson, Bunde, Ben Stevens. Signing no
