The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 185 "An Act                                        
providing for a reduction of royalty on certain oil produced from Cook                              
Inlet submerged land" and recommended it be replaced with                                           
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 185(FIN) "An Act                                                   
          providing for a reduction of royalty on certain oil                                       
          produced from Cook Inlet submerged land, and for a                                        
          credit for certain exploration expenses against oil and                                   
          gas properties production taxes on oil and gas                                            
          produced from a lease or property in the state."
