The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 183 "An                                      
Act authorizing municipalities to provide for economic development                                  
and authorizing municipalities to expend revenue collected on an                                    
areawide or nonareawide basis to provide for economic development"                                  
and recommended it be replaced with                                                                 
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 183(STA) "An Act                                                   
          authorizing certain boroughs to use revenue collected                                     
          on an areawide or nonareawide basis for economic                                          
          development."
