The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 155 "An                                          
Act relating to hunting on the same day airborne; and providing for an                              
effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                 
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 155(JUD) "An Act                                                   
          relating to hunting on the same day airborne and                                          
          airborne hunting; and providing for an effective
