The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 112 "An Act                                        
increasing the motor fuel tax and repealing the special tax rates on                                
blended fuels; and providing for an effective date" and recommended                                 
it be replaced with                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 112(FIN) "An Act                                                   
          relating to tax refunds for government agency                                             
          purchases of fuel; and providing for an effective                                         
          date."
