The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 105 "An Act                                        
relating to eligibility requirements for medical assistance for certain                             
children, pregnant women, and persons in a medical or intermediate                                  
care facility; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it                              
be replaced with the Health, Education and Social Services Committee                                
Substitute offered on page 746. Signing do pass: Senators Green,                                    
Wilken, Cochairs; Senators Bunde, Ben Stevens. Signing do not pass:
