CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 111(JUD) am "An Act relating to policies                                      
in telecommunications regulations; extending the termination date of                                
the Regulatory Commission of Alaska; and providing for an effective                                 
date" was read the second time.                                                                     
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                   
objection, it was so ordered.
