SENATE BILL NO. 358 "An Act relating to the performance of                                          
railroad track construction work for the Department of Transportation                               
and Public Facilities by the Alaska Railroad Corporation" was read the                              
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                              
passage. Senator Ellis objected.                                                                    
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated SENATE BILL NO. 358 will be on the                                      
April 20 calendar.
