Senator Ellis requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE                                   
BILL NO. 132(RES) be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on

The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                      
132(RES) "An Act removing the Old Minto townsite from the Minto                                     
Flats State Game Refuge; and authorizing the Department of Natural                                  
Resources to convey certain land at the historic Old Minto site to the                              
Native Village of Minto" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the
