Senator Ellis requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE                                   
BILL NO. 40(FIN) be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on                                     
Senator Ben Stevens called the Senate. The call was satisfied.

40(FIN) "An Act relating to construction of highways by the                                         
Department of Transportation and Public Facilities; and providing for
