HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 36 Requesting the National Park                                          
Service to mitigate the adverse economic effects of commercial                                      
fishing closures and restrictions in Glacier Bay National Park and                                  
Preserve, was read the second time.                                                                 
                                                                                                    
Senator Ogan, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                      
adoption of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                    
page 3301. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT                                             
RESOLUTION NO. 36(RES) was adopted.                                                                 
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and                                   
placed on final passage. Senator Ellis objected.                                                    
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT                                               
RESOLUTION NO. 36(RES) will be on the May 11 calendar.
